Welcome to Marseillan Accommodation - 2 bedroom, waterside, holiday rentals. Reduced 2024 early bird deposit.

Marseillan is a perfect french village with a sailing port (yachts and Canal du Midi barges come in and out) and dining by the waters edge. With many restaurants, cafes and shops it is an ideal place for a self-catering holiday rental.  Marseillan is a 'hidden gem'.   If you are able to work from home in the Sth of France contact me for a special couple of months

There is a huge sandy beach nearby, Marseillan Plage, with beach clubs in summer. This luxury 2 bedroom apartment is in one of the best locations in Marseillan, being just yards from the port and waterside for boat and people watching, minutes from Marseillan's small local park and watersports location. Just a short stroll from the Marseillan village shops, portside cafes, bars, restaurants and general shops this is an ideal location.

If you haven't been to Marseillan or the Languedoc -Occitanie- coast before, we are sure you will love Marseillan Village and Port, situated by the Etang du Thau, and once you find this lovely village will come back every year, as most of our holiday rental guests do. Most of our guests have been visiting for 5 years or more for their chosen holiday letting dates and french fix of Marseillan and life as it should be.

If self-catering in your holiday home for dinner or breakfast you will not be short of places to shop locally. Fresh fish, meats, groceries, wine caves and 4 bakeries will serve you well. Also in Marseillan village there is the little supermarket and the large Marseillan Tuesday morning market, just a few minutes stroll on the flat either alongside the boats on the port or via the old village houses.

If eating out in Marseillan Port or Village there are about 20 restaurants in the village and on the port! My favourites being Bistrot Soleil, Pacheline, the Taverne du Port, The Boulevard, Camille, Entre Ciel et Mer, Chateau du Port, Rives Droite, Belem and The Relax (lunch only). In the Summer enjoy regular Marseillan local music concerts (with food and wine for a few euros), oyster and wines parties, jazz evenings and concerts by the waterside..

Everything you need for your holiday is within walking distance in the village. Tabacs, delicatessens, boulangeries, pharmacies and even a little Spar supermarket. There is a huge sandy beach nearby Marseillan Plage with beach clubs in summer.

In terms of timing your holiday trip as you would expect the accommodation sells out very early so I really advise you to enquire as soon as you can if you want a good choice of dates. Delightful periods are May, June and September for hot sun and a little quieter on the port and beaches. July and August are lively, sunny and hot but with the air-conditioning in the property you can stay cool. I also enjoy February, March, April, October and November for delightful sun and a taste of real peaceful French village life. It's currently early in 2023 and I am sitting out in the sun! A holiday weekend flight via Ryanair into Beziers is easy, last week I did a return flight for £50 and there is even a local bus ride into Marseillan port, from Beziers airport, for under 2 euros! We try to changeover on a Friday/Sat each week but can accommodate arrivals on different days to tie in with flights out of high season.

If you don’t know the  Languedoc, now known as Occitanie, in of the  South of France you will love the acres of vineyards (good wine from under 2 euros with your own bottle), the beautiful villages, the long sandy beaches and the slow pace of life. Marseillan village has been mentioned in the press to be as St. Tropez must have been before the tourists arrived. Our next village makes the popular Picpoul de Pinet wine.
